Branch Manager

Location: Wrexham(On -Site)

Package: Negotiable + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

We are looking to recruit a Branch Manager for our thriving insurance team based in Wrexham, with a passion for looking after existing clients, whilst developing new ones.

We are interested in existing Commercial Account Executives looking for a step up into management.

The day to day:

  • Ensuring the branch delivers excellent service to all its customers
  • Responsible for the achievement of the team's income target
  • Managing the team's renewals book effectively to ensure retention targets are achieved
  • Act as a mentor to support the Team Leaders within the branch
  • Must be able to lead by example; in sales, processes and compliance
  • Ensure the team adhere to regulatory requirements - from call observations to complaints
  • handling and TCF
  • Training and coaching the team for their continual development through effective 121's and the
  • performance management framework
  • Making effective business decisions and implement changes for the branch to maximise
  • productivity and efficiency
  • Liaise and build relationships with insurers and customers - both internally and externally
  • Liaise with the Branch Director/Director of Branch Development regularly to ensure consistent
  • sales processes are being followed and adhered to

About you:

  • A full driving licence.
  • 2+ years management experience (preferable)
  • Proficient in operating Acturis and insurer quote engines.
  • Be able to lead by example with a client focused approach to doing business.
  • Able to build strong working relationships with stakeholders quickly and efficiently A skill set that includes high level communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, influencing, management, IT and sales skills coupled with the ability to lead from the front.
