Job Description

As a Administrator, you will be a key member of the team providing a great service to customers & Branches by ensuring that:

• All customer and branch returns are processed accurately and on time
• Records, documentation, and system data are kept up to date and error free
• Enquiries are handled promptly to maintain a high standard of service
• Smooth coordination between warehouse, logistics, and branch teams

• Experience: Have administration experience
• Communication: Have great conversational skills to enhance your customer service and engagement across to your colleagues and Customers
• Adaptability: Have the ability to switch up your day when needed, to support the businesses needs
