I am currently representing a thriving independent practice based in Sheffield, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced small animal vet to join their welcoming and supportive team. Whether you're looking to branch into a new clinical interest, enjoy a better rota, or simply want to be part of a friendly and progressive practice, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
This well-established practice is committed to professional growth and offers the freedom to pursue your own interests, with a clinical team that values collaboration and mentorship. The team includes experienced vets, long-term locum surgeons, and a new graduate joining soon - making it a great environment whether you're looking for guidance or independence.
Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered. Ideally, candidates will have 4+ years' experience, but applications from those with less experience and the right attitude are very welcome. Sole charge and OOH responsibilities are shared fairly across the team.
Rota:
- 4-day working week (flexible options available)
- 1 in 4 weekends on-call
- 1 night per week on-call
- Some sole charge required
