UX/UI Designer (Prototype Execution & Adjustment Phase)
Start: ASAP
Contract: 6 months + long-term extensions
Location: Remote with occasional travel to Krakow/Warsaw
Languages: Polish + English mandatory
Industry: Enterprise product/digital transformation environment
The UX/UI Designer will refine, enhance, and iterate upon an existing prototype to align with evolving business requirements and user needs. This role is heavily focused on adjusting and improving current designs, maintaining visual and functional consistency, and ensuring Front End development teams have clear, implementable design specifications. Collaboration, precision, and advanced Figma skills are critical.
Key Responsibilities1. Prototype Review & Enhancement
Analyse the existing prototype and identify required updates based on stakeholder feedback and new requirements.
Apply UX/UI improvements to enhance usability, consistency, and interaction flows.
Ensure the prototype aligns with the product vision, scope, and defined user journeys.
2. Requirements Interpretation & UX Problem-Solving
Translate business and functional requirements into actionable design updates.
Lead alignment discussions with business stakeholders.
Quickly resolve UX challenges across navigation, screen layout, and interaction flows.
3. UI Design Development
Update or expand UI components using the existing design system.
Ensure visual consistency and adherence to branding and product guidelines.
Create new components where necessary.
4. Collaboration With Engineering Teams
Work closely with Front End UI developers for smooth handover.
Provide ongoing UX/UI clarifications during development cycles.
Perform pixel-perfect validation of Front End implementation.
5. User-Centric Validation
Conduct small-scale usability checks when applicable.
Integrate user feedback into iterative design updates.
6. Documentation & Design Assets
Keep all design documentation (wireframes, components, interactions) fully up to date.
Prepare detailed annotated specs for developers.
7. Change Control & Version Management
Track and manage design change requests.
Provide effort estimations for proposed adjustments.
Maintain structured version control across multiple design iterations.
Mandatory Skills & Experience (Figma-heavy role)
Advanced Figma expertise is essential, including:
Component and variant creation
Design system management
High-fidelity prototyping, interactions, micro-animations
Auto-Layout, tokens, constraints, spacing systems
File organization and scalable multi-designer workflows
Branching, library updates, version management
Additional required skills:
Ability to deliver highly polished, realistic prototypes
Strong collaboration with developers and cross-functional teams
Experience in iterative, requirements-driven enterprise design work
Languages required: Polish & English.
