US Property Binder Broker

I am working with a leading independent Lloyd's broker who have built a strong reputation for their client-first approach and deep market relationships. The business continues to expand and is now looking to strengthen its team with an experienced US Property Binder Broker.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected Lloyd's broker in a key role focusing on US property binder business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing facilities, developing new opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships across the Lloyd's and London markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of US Property Binder business.
• Negotiate placements and terms with underwriters.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with coverholders, producing brokers, and insurers.
• Ensure all binders are compliant and efficiently managed from a technical and regulatory perspective.
• Identify opportunities for new facilities or program enhancements.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a high level of service and operational support.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a US Binding Authority role, ideally with exposure to US property risks.
• Solid understanding of Lloyd's market processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong relationships with underwriters and market contacts.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
