The Stronger Families Hub Out of Hours service is offering a secondment opportunity for a Triage Officer. As a Triage Officer, you will be the first point of contact for families, residents, and professionals seeking support or guidance for children and adults at risk. Working within our innovative Stronger Families and Protection Service, you will provide high-quality, enhanced information gathering, advice, and triage for referrals during office hours.
Your role will be crucial in helping us to:
- Promote early help and prevention
- Manage safeguarding concerns
- Reduce demand on statutory services
- Respond with empathy, clarity, and urgency when it matters most
This role is more than just a contact point; it is an essential gateway that enables us to make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable children and their families in Hillingdon.
