Transport Operations Officer (Permanent)

The School Transport Team is based within the Education & Early Intervention and deals with all transport services for the Council, including Education and Social Care Transport and Supported Public Transport.

We are seeking to appoint a suitable person to join our existing team as Home to School Transport Operations Officer to ensure that the County Borough Council's Education & Social Care Transport network is operated effectively and efficiently, within the resources available.

This post is suitable for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with experience of working in a demanding and busy environment and experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will possess an extensive local knowledge of the County and the understanding of the need for delivering excellent customer service. Ongoing development and support will be provided for the successful applicant who will be based at the Council's offices at Lambpit Street, Wrexham LL11 1AR.
