Transfer Agency Senior Administrator

Our client is a growing Transfer Agency operation based in London and part of a global corporate services group. They have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Transfer Agency specialist with the ability to share expertise with the team.

• A senior member of a team processing investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions and transfers
• Onboarding new funds and handling changes to fund structures
• Ensuring that investor accounts are onboarded within AML, KYC & CDD procedures
• Playing a key role in the training and development of staff members
• Lead and support on key project initiatives

The successful candidate will have a strong Transfer Agency background with proven training and mentoring skills. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations is essential, as are effective communication and organisational skills. Strong MS Excel skills are a necessity.
