Job DescriptionTraining Administrator will work closely with the Training Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth delivery of training programs and workshops.
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL
Maintain accurate training records and databases.
Raising purchase orders and coordinating with training providers.
Maintain training facilities to an acceptable standard.
Assists in the scheduling of internal and external training courses for site personnel.
Uploads and maintains employee training records into required databases.
Provide training and competency support to Training Managers as necessary.
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of training sessions and workshops.
Prepare training materials and resources.
Communicate with trainers, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.
Monitor and evaluate training outcomes and provide feedback for improvement.
Support the development of new training programs and initiatives.

QualificationsREQUIRED
Need for basic administration and computer skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
