Job SummaryThe Training Facilitator works with the Regional Learning Partner and an existing Training Facilitator to deliver world class judicial training within their region. The role equips Magistrates with the competence and confidence required to carry out their responsibilities as Judicial Office Holders.
Working pattern: Full Time, Flexible Working.
Location: London. Region: South East.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of world class judicial training in the region, coordinating with partners and support staff.
- Plan, prepare and conduct face to face training sessions for Magistrates.
- Deliver multi day events when required and coordinate related logistics.
- Travel to training venues within the region and manage travel arrangements.
- Adapt training content for online and face to face formats.
- Work collaboratively with other Training Facilitators across England and Wales to share best practice.
- Legally qualified in accordance with the Authorised Court Staff (Legal Advice Functions) Qualification Regulations 2020.
- Evidence of experience, including CV, work history and statement of suitability.
- Relevant experience in training delivery and adult learning.
- Nationals of Commonwealth countries who have the right to work in the UK.
- Nationals of the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein and their family members with settled or pre settled status.
- Nationals of the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein whose family members have a valid application for settled or pre settled status.
- Individuals with limited leave to remain or indefinite leave to remain eligible to apply under EUSS before 31 December 2020.
- Annual leave: 25 days on appointment, increasing to 30 days after five years.
