What We're Looking For:

• GCSE Maths Grade 5 (or above) essential
• A genuine interest in engineering, mechanics, or manufacturing
• Good attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

The Role:

• Learning specialist engineering processes
• Working with precision components and equipment
• Carrying out quality checks and measurements
• Following engineering drawings and specifications
• Developing fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Maintaining a safe and organised work area
