Test Engineer

Working on a diverse range of optical, electronic and hardware equipment, you will join an established team of test specialists for a world leading manufacturer of technical products.

You will design, own and manage a range of electronic and power control systems, identifying improvements and fault finding alongside a cross-functional group of mechanical, software and R&D specialists.

The business is expanding, with a proven pathway of progression and a team of bright minds amongst multiple disciplines of engineering onsite. With several decades of industry experience and thousands of staff worldwide, this is a global player in their niche field.

For this role, we are looking for:

1. 2-3 years experience in a hands-on, electronic testing, production and debugging environment
2. Use of oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers and generators
3. Experience with prototyping, programming and testing of hardware
4. Advantageous: Understanding of PCB CAD Packages, mechanical enclosure, optical systems, and I2C, CANBUS
