Temp Administrator

A well known and successful national company with a marina based in Hamble is looking to recruit a temporary Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team. You will be working within a small team who are responsible for admin relating to the Marine industry. In order to be considered for this role you will need to have strong organisational skills and be a good communicator. You will be helping a small team clear a backlog of admin processing work. The role will be a busy data entry type role so you will need good computer skills, a strong work ethic and high attention to detail.

The Administrator Role

This is a busy role where you will be responsible for providing administrative support, processing documentation on a computer system. There is quite a high volume of work so you will be busy. The role will last around three months, possibly longer.

The Ideal Candidate for the Administrator Position

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have some previous office experience, good typing skills, good computer skills and a high attention to detail. As you will be working in a team you also need to be a positive team player.

The start date is asap.
