Role Overview

We're looking for experienced Telco Netstar Professionals to support customer deployments. You'll work hands-on with customers to plan, deploy, configure, and validate Netstar telco solutions, ensuring a smooth go-live and reliable performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support on-site or remote deployment of Netstar telco solutions

• Assist customers with installation, configuration, and initial testing

• Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide quick resolutions

• Validate system performance and readiness for production use

• Collaborate with customer IT/Network teams during deployment

• Document deployment activities and handover details

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with telco network deployments

• Strong knowledge of Netstar platforms/solutions

• Understanding of IP Networking, VoIP, and telecom infrastructure

• Ability to troubleshoot under time-sensitive conditions

• Customer-facing experience with clear communication skills

Nice to Have

• Certifications in telecom or networking

• Experience with large-scale or multi-site deployments
