Our mission is to eliminate the endless repetition, miscommunication, and confusion inside modern workplaces, and replace it with structured, intelligent support for every employee.We already have full product UX/UI, a clear roadmap, early pilot interest, and support from major startup accelerator programmes (Google for Startups, Microsoft for Entrepreneurs, NVIDIA Inception, IBM, AWS). We are now looking for a hands-on technical co-founder to take ownership of the product build and lead technology decisions. What You'll Do Architect and build the MVP (initially with our existing developer interns/team). Lead core decisions on AI model integration, data flows, and system architecture. Implement secure data storage and role-based access for organisations. Work closely with the founder to refine product logic and user experience. Guide early pilots and continuously improve based on real usage. What We're Looking For Experience in AI / ML integration , conversational agents, or generative models. Strong backend knowledge (Node.js / Python / FastAPI / or similar). Familiarity with building SaaS products, authentication, and scalable architecture. Curiosity, creativity, ownership, someone who cares about product, not just code . Ability to lead technical decisions and mentor junior developers. Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where we build fast and iterate. Nice to Have Experience with vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate). Experience building developer tools or B2B SaaS. Interest in knowledge management, cognitive tools, or workplace productivity.
