Supported Living Team Leader - Mental Health & Learning Disabilities

Location: Greenwich

Salary: up to £30,000 per annum

Role

As Supported Living Team Leader, you will:

• Support the day-to-day operations across six supported living sites
• Lead by example and provide hands on support to service users
• Supervise, mentor and guide support staff
• Assist with care planning, risk assessments and rota management
• Ensure high standards of person centred care and safeguarding
• Support compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals and external agencies

About You

• Experience within supported living, mental health or learning disability services
• Previous senior support worker or team leader experience
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and care standards
• Confidence supporting staff and leading shifts across multiple sites
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for delivering high quality support
