About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Planner to manage supply planning for the EMEIA region across multiple products or commodities. This role involves optimizing planning processes, coordinating with global teams, and ensuring supply-demand alignment in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Regional & Global Coordination:

• Lead weekly conference calls with AMR and Asia-Pacific teams to align on supply-demand matching across regions.

Planning & Execution:

• Optimize planning processes to minimize gaps and maximize inventory turns.
• Execute weekly new buy and repair plans.
• Maintain planning system master data and initiate Engineering Change Requests based on material life cycle.

Performance Management:

• Monitor and report on key metrics such as backlog, fill rate, inventory turns, and vendor forecast accuracy.

Demand Analysis & Supply Planning:

• Analyze forecasted demand and inventory levels.
• Develop weekly supply plans that meet customer demand while minimizing inventory costs.
• Resolve product backlogs and fill rate issues daily.

Problem Solving & Collaboration:

• Identify problem areas and drive corrective actions across functional teams.
• Build allocation plans for constrained products.
• Handle internal customer and supplier queries effectively.

Project Management:

• Oversee cross-functional projects, communicate timelines and impacts, and act as liaison between supply planning, IT, and other teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background in Supply Chain Analytics, Forecasting, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in ERP Planning Solutions (SAP experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills in a Matrix organization.
• Ability to work effectively with peers, executives, and external partners.
