Supply Chain - Project Manager- Retail & Apparel - 6+ Months

We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager lead and drive trans formative projects in supply chain, retail and logistics processes at a global and prominent Apparel & Retail brand.

Store Returns Project Manager - Key responsibilities:

• Process improvement for store and digital returns.
• Ensure operational excellence in Nike systems to meet financial and strategic goals.
• Apply analytical and critical thinking to deliver on Nike's Consumer Promise (Service, Convenience, Sustainability, Profitability).
• Drive scalable process improvements in Reverse Logistics.
• Provide subject matter expertise on end-to-end supply chain and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Store Returns Project Manager - Key qualifications:

• Proven experience in Supply Chain/Retail with a consumer-centric mindset and increasing responsibility over time.
• Track record of leading medium-to-large cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
• Project management and coordination experience
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex issues and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Advanced analytical skills: KPI management, root cause analysis, scenario planning, and data visualisation.
• Mandatory experience in retail/apparel industry.
• Experience working for big companies with complex environments

. 40 hours per week,
. 3 days a week in the office in Hilversum
