We are The Salad Project, London's answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a six-store operation, expanding across London.

Role FOH Supervisor

• Work under our restaurant managers
• Lead one service a day
• Help manage our team members
• Implement and improve service processes
• Monitor and implement hygiene best practices
• Help maintain our 5 hygiene rating

Experience Requirements 1 Year

• Ideally, you will have 1 year's experience managing a team in a fast paced environment within the hospitality industry

Compensation £14 per hour

• 30 days holiday package (including bank holidays)
