Experts in insight, innovation, strategy, design and category growth. A knit and friendly independent agency of 20 talented designers and strategists. They have an impressive long stand client portfolio, largely within the FMCG space.

We are looking for a Strategy Director with solid brand experience along with hands on innovation and insight (largely qual) experience. With strong people skills, depending on experience, this role is likely to oversee a small, very capable and happy team of more junior Strategists.

Where might you be at the moment? With a hands on qualitative background (groups, workshops, online, co-creation etc), you may come from an advertising or brand agency or a traditional qual background providing you have worked at the consultative end of the spectrum and have strong brand and innovation experience.
