Store Team Leader - Community Retail

The Co-operative Food in Chirnside is hiring a Customer Team Leader to run day-to-day store operations on your shift, leading a small team and ensuring great service while staying compliant with store policies.

You'll work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, cover varied shifts including mornings and weekends, support merchandising, stock accuracy and community engagement, while building strong links with customers.
