Do you want to shape an organisation at a pivotal moment of growth, helping amplify the voices of girls, women, trans, non-binary and gender non-conforming people through music-making and creative participation?

This is an exciting opportunity to join Spark the Noise - an award-winning UK charity working at the intersection of gender justice and the music industry - as our new Director, three days a week (working mostly remotely but based in London).

You will lead our strategic vision, strengthen our fundraising and partnerships, support our team, develop our Board of Trustees and help shape and deliver high-impact, inclusive programmes.
