As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Hands on creating a wide range of dishes from starters to desserts
• A real team-player delivering quality service at pace
• Always workingin a way that keeps our guests and team safe
• Organised and able to work well under pressure
• Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including, but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
