Social Care Leader

CPL Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a reputable organisation supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities across Ireland.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will lead and support staff teams while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services in line with HIQA standards.

Requirements

• Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
• Experience leading and supervising teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Flexibility to participate in evening, weekend, and on-call duties.
