Shift Production Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Shift Production Manager for a rapidly growing food manufacturer. The company produces a range of award-winning products that are available in UK and international retailers.

The Shift Production Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day production activities across the shift. You will lead and motivate a small team of staff and work closely with quality teams to ensure products are produced to the highest standards. The successful Shift Production Manager will help drive a culture of Continuous Improvement and will oversee any suitable improvement projects.

• Lead day-to-day production activities across the shift and supervise a small team.
• Work closely with quality teams to ensure products are produced to the highest standards.
• Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement and oversee improvement projects as appropriate.

• Experience working in a production management or supervisory role in the food manufacturing industry
• Strong people management skills, experienced in leading and motivating teams
• Excellent project management skills and a results-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
