Our client, a distributor of specialist and high-quality equipment and services to the medical industry, is currently going through a rapid growth period and are recruiting for an enthusiastic individual to join their growing and busy team. They currently have an opening for a full-time Service Support Administrator based from their offices in Quedgeley.
The successful candidate will be responsible for deliveries to and from Gloucester, supporting hubs and assisting the stores team with confirming parts are received, ensuring that the CRM has been updated. You will also be responsible for completing booking requests, ensuring that parts are processed within the required timelines.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to work to deadlines. Candidate Attributes:
-Previous experience in customer focussed role
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Good level of IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft applications
-Strong attention to detail
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience + private medical insurance, 25 days holidays + bank holidays and team and social events!
