As our customer base continues to grow, we are looking for IT technicians to join our team in Landshut.

Tasks

• Migration projects for new customers (e.g. to our own cloud environment and 3CX telephone system installations)
• Collaboration with the internal Microsoft 365 team
• 3rd level support, assistance from the support team if required

Qualification

• Very good IT expertise in current technologies (Microsoft software and virtualization, monitoring software, firewalls, virus protection, backup, cloud telephony, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and diligently
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Experience in the planning and implementation of migration projects
• Disciplinary and technical management of internal and external employees
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently and proactively
• Enjoy dealing with people in a friendly manner and the desire to help them in their daily work
• Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
