Senior Quantity Surveyor - Lead £25m Warehouse Project

A leading construction firm in Reading is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial lead on a £25m new build industrial warehouse project. The successful candidate will manage costs, procurement and subcontractor packages, ensuring project delivery from pre-construction to handover. A strong background in JCT and NEC contracts is required, along with a degree in Quantity Surveying. The role offers a salary of £90,000 - £100,000 plus a £10,000 car allowance and bonus.
