Job Description

Our Adult Supported Living Home is looking for a Senior Life Practitioner to join our team at Bramley House in Boston, Lincolnshire.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Senior Life Practitioner to provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them to community trips.

We provide a company vehicle for transport to community activities. To drive the vehicle you must have a full UK driver's licence or have driven in the UK for at least 2 years.

Starting rates: Level 1 £13.99, Level 2 £14.31, Level 3 £15.99. Experience can raise to £15.99.

You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates.
