A well-established and reputable business based in Scarborough is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to influence strategic decision-making and play a key role in driving business performance. Key Responsibilities

• Providing strategic financial insight to support commercial and operational decision-making
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes
• Analysing financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Partnering with commercial and operational teams to provide actionable financial guidance
• Preparing management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor business performance
• Supporting senior leadership in evaluating investment decisions and business initiatives
• Presenting complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A recognised professional accountancy qualification or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in finance business partnering or senior management finance roles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data presentation skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge effectively
• Commercial awareness and the ability to translate financial data into strategic actions
