What you'll be doing as a Senior Engineering Manager

• Leadership & Team Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
• Project Management:Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion. Work closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize and plan feature development and releases.
• Technical Oversight:Provide technical guidance in software design, coding, and deployment. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Process Improvement:Identify areas for improvement in development processes, tools, and infrastructure. Implement CI/CD practices to enhance our delivery pipeline.

What you will bring to the Senior Engineering Manager role

• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (FDD, Agile, Scrum).
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms and SDLC tools (e.g., Jira, Bitbucket).

Where you'll work

Our working model varies depending on the specific role and team requirements. We strive to provide flexibility whilst ensuring that each position is best supported for optimal collaboration and performance.
This Senior Engineering Manager position requires you to be in the London office (Holborn) minimum two days per week.
