Job Description
Top Legal 500 law firm based in the heart of the City are seeking a Senior Associate of 5 years + PQE within their Employment Law team. Experience required for this Employment Senior Associate Solicitor role: 
- Both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Experience of Trade Union matters would be an advantage
- Breach of contract
- Constructive dismissal
- Whistleblowing
- TUPE
- Attending court hearings and conferences
- Able to demonstrate strong technical skills with an ability to present solutions effectively
- Draft letters, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Minimum of 5 years PQE admitted in the UK
- Employment law experience is essential
- Strong advocacy skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Business development experience
- Salary of £60,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience
- Office based role
