You'll be a trusted business partner from the earliest stages of opportunity development-crafting compelling commercial offers and guiding them through governance. You'll help shape our evolving commercial model, which spans consultancy, digital products, and complex delivery. Key Responsibilities Bid & Contract Leadership + Lead contract reviews and negotiations in coordination with Legal and corporate functions. + Develop pricing and contractual terms for bids that drive sustainable growth. + Own escalated approvals and governance processes. Strategic Initiatives + Build business cases for new markets, technologies, and M&A opportunities. + Support commercialisation of new services and digital products. Governance & Risk + Act as an independent bid and project reviewer. + Resolve disputes and claims (project, insurance, etc.). + Deliver key elements of the Risk & Commercial roadmap. Training & Mentorship + Design and deliver commercial training programs. + Influence decision-makers and mentor junior team members. Experience in contract review, negotiation, bidding, governance, and project finance. Experience in one of: joint venture formation/management, Tier 1 delivery, commercialisation of new services/products.
