About the role

As our Senior Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities within the energy sector, forming strategic alliances, and deepening relationships with key clients. You'll lead high-value initiatives that support our long term growth, while also coaching and developing our Business Development Managers to reach their full potential.

Skills and experience
  • Proven reputation track record in business development or sales within energy, power, infrastructure, with a strong success in achieving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities, with a consultative, solution focused approach.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of industry dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviour.
