Purpose

We are looking for a French-speaking Senior Account Manager to join our client services team, based in our Edinburgh office, for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role has the potential to become permanent.

Role Overview

The Senior Account Manager role is threefold:

  1. Project Lead and Programme Manager: Lead showcase projects requiring hands-on involvement and act as a Programme Manager, ensuring effective coordination of various work streams across brand & marcomms, engagement, reporting, and digital elements.
  2. Client Service: Provide exceptional client service through organized communication, personable interactions, and proactive relationship management to foster repeat business.
  3. New Business Support: Assist in producing cost estimates for pitches and new client work, and represent the team in pitches, explaining our processes and client service approach.
