DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic, relationship-led Senior Account Manager to strengthen and grow our most important client relationships across the Channel Islands, UK and beyond.
In this role you'll be the strategic link between our clients and our full-service capabilities in Audit & Assurance, Advisory and Technology - ensuring every client receives exceptional value and long-term partnerships are built.

You will be the advocate for our clients within the business, ensuring their priorities are understood, their experiences are seamless and our services configured to meet their needs.
Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you will work closely with key internal stakeholders to translate client insights into actionable strategies that drive mutual growth.
We're seeking professionals with experience from a wide range of industries and you don't need to have held a formal account management or business development role before. What matters more is your ability to engage all levels of stakeholders, understand their challenges and lead the delivery of effective solutions. You'll be working across a variety of sectors including retail, utilities, local government and financial services.
Note: Due to local restrictions on employment licences, this role is only available to people who have 'right to work' in Guernsey or 'entitled to work' status in Jersey.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrawing on your ability to build trust, manage relationships and deliver commercial results, you will:
- Lead strategic client relationships - act as a trusted advisor to all levels of stakeholders, ensuring relationships are nurtured and strengthened over time.
- Manage and grow key accounts - proactively identify opportunities within existing client portfolios to expand our services, increase client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Orchestrate delivery - work closely with service line and technical teams to ensure client solutions are delivered seamlessly, on time and to the highest standards.
- Champion the client voice - translate client feedback into service improvements and innovations that create long-term value.
- Oversee account planning - develop and maintain account plans with clear objectives, growth strategies and engagement activities for each key client.
- Maintain CRM data integrity - ensure all opportunities, interactions, and forecasts are accurately recorded and up to date, providing a clear view of account performance.
- Monitor market developments - stay informed on industry trends and client sectors, using insights to anticipate needs and strengthen our market positioning.
