The Client Services team are Solution Strategists - supporting the implementation and execution of strategy to deliver revenue against Brand Omnichannel KPIs supporting performance and efficacy for our clients & Epsilon People Cloud cross teams.

A Team of Subject Matter Experts across Epsilon People Cloud Solutions, Platforms & Capabilities. With a laser focus on the coordinated efforts of the cross-team's expert delivery of exceptional client services and success.

Job Description

A Senior Director at Epsilon blends expertise in digital marketing technology, project and people management, product and data enablement, creative specialization, and commercial savvy as well as exceling in both client relations and team leadership.

Client Management:

Manage your own brand portfolio while overseeing accounts handled by your team. Serve as a senior strategic advisor, guiding client programs with top-tier service that aligns with Epsilon's vision and values.

  • Partner with Sales to grow business through strategic cross-selling and upselling, aligning with client needs to drive shared revenue objectives.
  • Manage strategic relationships with Epsilon's top clients, engaging with senior leadership across brands and agencies.
  • Demonstrate mastery of Epsilon People Cloud Solutions, especially Epsilon Digital.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration (12 departments) to drive client growth through exceptional service and innovative digital marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in client marketing, merchandising, and media, positioning Epsilon as a strategic partner.
  • Spearhead quarterly business planning and client growth strategies, negotiating win-win solutions that maximize value

Team Management:

Manage, motivate and empower a cross functional Client Services team to drive consistent account growth, overseeing their day-to-day management, motivating the team by setting clear expectations, developing career path plans, providing constructive feedback, managing bandwidth and maintaining a high level of performance from the team, reporting progress against goals to management

  • Lead and develop a cross-functional Client Services team to drive year-over-year account growth.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor client services professionals, setting clear expectations and career paths.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and commercial focus.
  • Ensure team has resources and cross-functional support to excel as client partners.
  • Manage workflows, handle escalations, and enhance client experience.
  • Analyse and improve team performance and productivity.
  • Maintain strong relationships across client services pods.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to solve business challenges and drive organizational growth.
  • Conceptualize and implement automation projects to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
