Salary: £24,500 - £26,000 DOE

Permanent role working Monday - Friday

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Executive to join a growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients - helping them understand the clients' services, identifying their needs, and guiding them toward the right solution. You'll play a key part in growing the client base, building lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads and enquiries.
• Present and explain services in a clear, confident, and consultative manner.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity against targets.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to promote the business.
• Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and client engagement strategies.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within professional services or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative and client-focused approach.
• Confident working towards targets and KPIs.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple enquiries at once.
