Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to support our Sales Office Manager and the wider sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth progression of sales from reservation to legal completion. If you have a background in administration, preferably within a sales environment, and are looking for a dynamic role within a supportive team, we would like to hear from you.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Assist the Sales Office Manager with sales progression, liaising with solicitors, and collating legal documents.
  • Provide secretarial support including producing documents, managing files, diary management, organising meetings, and general administration.
  • Record and update sales information such as reservations, cancellations, and legal completions onto the sales system.
  • Maintain accurate development details on sales systems and marketing websites.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports for the sales department and management.
  • Facilitate information distribution between the sales department and other internal teams.
  • Handle enquiries from prospective customers, record customer details, and produce marketing materials as needed.
  • Register plots with the NHBC and update the sales system accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a busy and fast-paced administration role.
  • Experience within sales admin is desirable.
  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent organisation and administration abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective at meeting deadlines and multitasking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems.
