Joining a collaborative, forward thinking people team, you will play a key role influencing senior leaders, driving international benefits innovation, and ensuring our offering remains competitive, compliant, and aligned with the needs of a dynamic global business.
ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the Director of Reward, you will contribute to the development and delivery of a global benefits strategy that supports DWF's People and business goals. You will benchmark our offering against the external market, advise on enhancements, lead global benefit renewals, and ensure compliance with pension and regulatory requirements. You will also support harmonisation activity and contribute to projects that modernise and refine our global benefits infrastructure.
In this role, you will manage key external provider relationships, oversee our benefits platform, and lead on flexible benefits programmes and financial wellbeing initiatives. You will partner with, HR BPs and wider stakeholders to support the implementation of benefit changes, provide expert advice on day-to-day operations, and ensure effective communication of benefits principles across the organisation. You will also support the delivery of the Global Mobility Framework and participate in wider reward cycles and projects.
What will help you succeed in this role?Essential
- Specialist experience in Benefits and Pensions, including international benefits exposure
- Proven track record developing and delivering benefit strategies
- Demonstrable experience leading benefits projects end-to-end
- Experience supporting flexible benefits programmes
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with ability to produce high-quality reports and insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing at senior levels
Desirable
- Experience working within professional services
- Exposure to global mobility frameworks
- Strong external network within benefits and pensions
- CIPD qualification (or working towards)
- Experience supporting reward cycles or broader reward programmes
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multinational environment
