An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer with 3+ years' experience to join a well-established legal firm.

This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £30,000 - £55,000.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, handling sales, purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancing Lawyer, or in a similar role.
2. Possess 3+ years' experience as a qualified solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
3. Experience in all matters relating to residential conveyancing.
4. Background running your own caseload.
5. Strong networking and organisational skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
