£31,000 per Annum plus car allowance

• Communicate with the site team to ensure that refurbishment works gets done by the agreed timelines
• Handle complaints professionally and effectively
• Communicate with residents to organise property visits
• Be the mediator that minimises Interruption and make sure projects proceed smoothly and residents are content
• You will be the primary point of contact between the project team and residents
• Clean driving licence and your own vehicle
• Experience using Microsoft Office and IT Systems
• Excellent verbal and written communications
