Registered Nurse (NMC Pin) - From £20/hour Sponsorship Available Overview

Nova Care Solutions is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to join its care team in Guildford. This role offers Tier 2 visa sponsorship for qualified international candidates and provides an opportunity to lead clinical care in a supportive, person-centred environment. Ideal for nurses with NHS or nursing home experience, this position includes leadership responsibilities and flexible scheduling.

Key Details
  • Location: Guildford GU3, UK
  • Salary: From £20.00 per hour
  • Contract Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 40-45 hours/week, including occasional 12-hour shifts and on-call duties
  • Visa Sponsorship: Tier 2 available (subject to conditions)
  • Work Arrangement: In-person
Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical management of the care home
  • Support the Care Home Manager and assume responsibilities in their absence
  • Ensure safe, person-centred care and compliance with NMC and regulatory standards
  • Administer medications and oversee care planning and evaluations
  • Supervise and train nursing and care staff
  • Maintain infection control, tissue viability, and nutritional care systems
  • Participate in rota setting and resource management
  • Conduct night duty visits for quality assurance
  • Liaise with families, providers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Promote evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Minimum 1 year experience in NHS or nursing home settings
  • Experience in independent sector care
  • Full UK Driving Licence with access to own car (required)
  • Fluent English (preferred)
  • Care Certificate (preferred)
  • Punjabi language skills (a plus)
