Location: Ormesby, Middlesbrough
Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 (dependent on Level 5 qualification)
Working Hours: Full-time

Service: Children's Home
Service Users: YPs with Learning Disabilities (LD)

• Number of Beds: 1 (Solo placement)
• Location: Ormesby
• Type of YPs: LD, long-term, settled placement, "good as gold". This YP does not fit the typical requirements of a Solo home as their needs are not high / they are not complex.
• Ofsted Rating: Good with the aspect of Outstanding
• Current Staff overview: stable team, no movement for 18 months since the home opened

• A Registered Manager who may be looking to take a step back from an 'intense' multi-bed home/a manager looking to wind down while still making a real impact.

  Or a Deputy Manager ready to step up.

• Someone who thrives in a stable and settled environment.

• A leader who can maintain high standards of care and compliance and is striving for Outstanding.
