- Job Title: Registered Manager - Children's Home
- Location: Locks Heath, Southampton
- Salary: From £52,328 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Service: Children's Residential Home
- Service Users: Young People (YPs) aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and trauma related backgrounds
- Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children and Young People's Services) or willingness to complete within 12 months
- Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in an Ofsted registered setting
- Location: Locks Heath, Southampton
- Type of YPs: EBD, trauma, neglect, attachment difficulties
- Ofsted Rating: Good (aiming for Outstanding)
