Registered Manager - Ofsted Children Residential

• Job Title: Registered Manager - Children's Home
• Location: Locks Heath, Southampton
• Salary: From £52,328 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
• Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Service: Children's Residential Home
• Service Users: Young People (YPs) aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and trauma related backgrounds
• Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children and Young People's Services) or willingness to complete within 12 months
• Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in an Ofsted registered setting

• Location: Locks Heath, Southampton
• Type of YPs: EBD, trauma, neglect, attachment difficulties
• Ofsted Rating: Good (aiming for Outstanding)
