Job Title: Registered Care Manager
Location: Brentwood
Salary: £44,000 - £47,000

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Care Manager to lead a NEW domiciliary branch in Brentwood. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care facility, ensuring high standards of care, compliance with regulations, and the well being of both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of care staff, ensuring efficient and compassionate care delivery.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care services and client information.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure personalized care plans are in place.
• Address and resolve any concerns or complaints from residents and their families.
• Manage budgets and financial planning for the care facility.
• Promote a positive and supportive working environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Care Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
• Proficiency in care management software and general IT skills.
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in health and social care.
