Main purpose of the role
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Design Manager to join us, to manage and coordinate the delivery of all Design/Planning related matters for our flagship development, Northbridge, in our Scotland region.
Reporting to the Technical Director; they will ensure full profit optimisation, alignment and coordination of all Architectural design issues at key stages of the development. They will be responsible for the management, coordination and updating of the design and work packages ensuring that all department procedures are adhered to and the required drawings are provided to the agreed dates.

Skills, knowledge & experienceWe are looking for an established Design Manager who embodies our Keepmoat values; a straightforward and skilled communicator, who is creative and experienced with generating new ideas within architectural and engineering functions. They will be passionate about the construction/development industry with strong experience within it. The postholder will be an established collaborative leader with the ability to build strong relationships through ability to work cross functionally to achieve successful outcomes and inspire, motivate and develop team members
The ideal candidate will have an Architectural related qualification, degree or equivalent, as well as a high level of proficiency in relevant design and technical based software like AutoCAD and Revit.
