Regional Contracts Manager Wales & Energy East Anglia, UK

An opportunity for an experienced and ambitious regional manager to establish and grow a new East Anglia regional office for an established multidisciplinary contractor.

This role offers the chance to build a high-performing team, secure new business, and drive the company's expansion in the region, whilst also taking responsibility for our existing portfolio of work.

• Establish and grow a new regional office to strengthen the existing operational team
• Develop and implement regional growth strategy aligned with the business priorities
• Build on existing, and develop new relationships with clients and other stakeholders
• Recruit and develop key operational roles to deliver our projects
• Identify new business opportunities
• Take ownership of all regional operations ensuring effective project delivery and commercial performance

• Proven track record in a senior management role in the energy sector or within civil engineering and infrastructure
• Strong leadership skills with experience in building and developing a team
• Ability to work autonomously
• Good commercial knowledge
• Experience of business development and client engagement
