Job Description

This Global Private Equity company seeks a Receptionist who will also be taking on ad hoc support to the wider team.

5 days in the office , Hours 8am - 5pm

There are many responsibilities involved in the role to ensure that you will always be busy.

  • Answering and screening calls in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Welcoming guests in a timely and professional fashion
  • Ordering couriers , taxis, cars etc
  • Ordering stationery, bottled water, groceries etc
  • Scheduling meetings and organising international/national travel
  • Processing expenses
  • Photocopying , filing etc

The ideal candidate:-

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High proficiency with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Concur
  • Experience of expense reporting
  • Experience working in a Private Equity of other Financial Service firm.
