Location - Waterside Health Centre

Salary - £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience

Hours - 37 hours per week

Status - Permanent, full time

You will work as part of an innovative team in a supported environment.

RECEPTION MANAGER

Essential Criteria

Educated to degree level / professional qualification and have worked for at least one year in a managerial capacity

Or

4 years experience in an administrative role with one year in a managerial capacity which may include either managing staff or managing specific work projects.

GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) and at least 3 other GCSE'S

Experience of working with the general public

Experience of administrative duties

Experience of working in a health care setting

Experience of leading / managing a team

Desirable Criteria

AMSPAR Qualification

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

Leadership and / or Management Qualification

Experience of providing appraisal writing and staff development
